I’ve been a personal trainer since 2005, starting out in Brazil where I ran my own PT studio. I moved to Australia in 2010, and since 2013 I’ve been helping everyday people in Melbourne’s west — especially those in their 30s, 40s, and 50s — get stronger, feel better, and train consistently.
In 2017, I opened Altona North Training (ANT), and since then we’ve helped hundreds of people in Altona North and surrounding areas build strength, confidence, and healthy habits.
I know life gets busy, fitness takes a back seat, and motivation comes and goes. That’s why I’ve built a training space where real people can show up, train smart, and feel part of something.
